Refund policy

Flowers are delicate and require lots of love and care. Our arrangements are guaranteed to be fresh for 48 hours. If you are unhappy with your blooms, please give us a call or text at (720) 689-3498. You can also email us at heythere@ariannafloral.com. Since flowers are perishable we generally do not do refunds, but will try and get you flowers that are up to our standard.
